Community Guidelines
The rules of Caprice.
Caprice only works if everyone feels safe, respected, and in control. These guidelines exist to protect that.
Last updated: June 11, 2025
Three principles. No exceptions.
Safety
We prioritize the security and wellbeing of every user. If it puts someone at risk, it doesn't belong here.
Privacy
What happens on Caprice stays between sender and recipient. We protect personal information and private conversations.
Respect
Every person has the right to make requests and the right to decline them. No judgment, no pressure.
Safety is non-negotiable.
These behaviors result in immediate action. No warnings, no second chances on the serious ones.
Privacy is sacred.
Caprice is built on the promise that what happens between two people stays between them.
How to treat each other.
Caprice is a place of individual freedom and choice. The name reflects our philosophy: it's a caprice, a whim, a spontaneous desire. Everyone has the right to ask. Everyone has the right to say no.
If you're sending
- - Be clear and specific about what you want
- - Accept declines gracefully
- - Don't pressure someone after a decline
- - Give reasonable timeframes
If you're receiving
- - Respond in a timely manner
- - Be honest about what you can deliver
- - Deliver what you promised
- - Communicate delays promptly
We do not tolerate shaming people for their requests, criticizing someone for their boundaries, or publicly ridiculing any user.
How money works on Caprice.
Offers: $5 to $10,000
When you send an offer, we only authorize the amount on your card. You are not charged until the recipient accepts. If they decline or don't respond, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
You never pay unless they say yes
Declined? No response within 72 hours? The authorization is released automatically. You can also cancel anytime before they accept. Zero risk.
Creator payouts
Funds are released to creators after fulfillment, typically within 5-14 days. Disputes may delay the release. Caprice takes a small platform fee.
Stay on Caprice
All transactions must happen through the platform. Attempting to move payments off-platform or sharing external payment details is prohibited.
Fraudulent chargebacks
Caprice logs every action: IP address, device fingerprint, offer history, chat messages, and fulfillment evidence. If you file a chargeback with your bank claiming unauthorized use or non-delivery, we will submit the full transaction record — including proof that you created the account, sent the offer, and communicated with the recipient — directly to your bank and payment processor. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination and may be referred for further legal action. If you have a legitimate issue, use our SealGuard dispute system instead.
When things go wrong.
Every offer on Caprice is protected by SealGuard, our multi-layer dispute resolution system.
File within 3 days
Disputes must be filed within 3 days after the creator marks the offer as fulfilled.
AI + Human review
Our AI analyzes the offer terms, messages, and evidence. A human moderator reviews the findings and makes the final decision.
Fair resolution
Full refund, partial refund, or payout to the creator. Both sides are heard. Decisions are delivered within 7 days.
Filing a dispute authorizes Caprice to decrypt and review related conversations. All dispute decisions are final.
What happens when you break the rules.
Certain violations (child exploitation, violent threats, terrorism) result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
These guidelines evolve.
We update these guidelines as Caprice grows. Significant changes are communicated via email and platform announcements. It's your responsibility to stay current.
By using Caprice, you agree to follow these guidelines.
